Everything on this site is provided for information. Descriptions of our services, our process, and our pricing model are general and do not form an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it always is.

We work on an hourly basis. Before any billable work begins we scope the project with you and give you a written estimate of the hours involved, which you approve.

An estimate is a considered projection, not a fixed price. If the scope changes during a project, we re-estimate and get your approval in writing before continuing. Any rate, discount, or hourly range mentioned on this site is indicative and is confirmed in your individual agreement.

When you use the contact form or book a call, you agree to give accurate information and not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

A submitted enquiry or a booked call does not create a contract between us. We are free to decline work, and you are free to walk away, at any point before an agreement is signed.

The design, text, code, and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ordinary browsing, sharing links, and quoting short extracts with attribution are fine.

Client names, logos, and project screenshots shown in our work are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

This site links to services we do not control, including Calendly for scheduling. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties relating to this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a project is dealt with in the agreement covering that project.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
